This thing definitely needs air speed.
Another handful of miles, steady state cruise temp was 160, with ambient of 75. Even after shutting it off and it heat soaked, on startup it was 165 and came down to 158 after a half mile at 45mph.
Current setup is 11 bolt pump, small wp pulley, nylon "Sirrotica special" fan, Champion 4 core 23x17, no thermostat, close to a 50/50 mix of antifreeze, lower radiator hose of possible 1990's vintage, and no lower hose spring yet. Running FiTech and HEI, manifold vacuum advance.
Will post if I make changes. Curious to see how the AZ summer changes this, and how the ac affects it when I recharge it.
