I've been slowly shifting to Euro stuff when it comes to tools, at least they are most often built in the country where the company is located.

That’s crazy. I had no idea they were using major components from overseas like that decades ago.
I think you’ll enjoy all the options available to you when it comes time to select a new welder. Every year we seem to get a better selection.
