those rear cap pictures are gnarly.

I am still not able to wrap my head around how this happened;
is the suggestion that the flywheel was bolted up with an air ratchet and too long bolts before the oil pan was installed - and incompitance meant the GTO owner(?) just installed the oil pan and hoped it was ok?
