As you disassemble on that bad side here's what you can look for.

Pull the Intake and look into each Intake port, if the bad compression side looks blacker and soot coated then the good bank then you have leaky Intake valve seats and that head then may needa valve job done and or have the valves trued up along with a valve job done.
