Definitely a tall order. I have the info on exactly one '69 manual transmission big car and someone had swapped an automatic's radiator in it by the time I got to see it (PD code, not that it matters since that's an auto). Of the '68 big cars I have 1 manual transmission car that had AC and a 4-row radiator but could not read the code (it had been rodded and repainted) and sadly the broadcast sheet was not around anymore - it was a loaded Grand Prix. I have a bunch of '67 manual cars in my list, you can definitely tell manual transmissions were on their way out just looking at the '67 to '68 numbers.
Side note as well: the TWO 1970 3 speed big cars I've seen - 1 had a leaky 3 core radiator in it and the other had a Spectra aluminum replacement. No broadcast sheets either sadly. One was a non-AC car, the one with the new aluminum was an AC car.
