If that’s Dizzy was made in China I am not the least bit surprised there was loose screws!
With what I do for part of my daily QC and repair work gear, stuff from China comes in two different ways.
Either bolts and screws did not get tightened down enough, or they where made so dam tight that it stretched out the fastener and near strips out the hole when you apply enough force to remove the fastener.
