I have the sheet detailing all 24 23369 Tempest sedans built with manual transmissions. Half had the 332 option, half did not, Fred's is in that group. Only three were 4-speeds, and of those, only one (Fred's) has A/C.
He sent me this when I asked about option 332 on his car:

Not a Sprint; just the four barrel option. However, it was built with all the Sprint features: wheel opening moldings, big front sway bar, and Sprint badges. Go figure!
