The parts can be a challenge to gather if they’re not there. But they do come up. I saw a complete NOS in the factory box Pontiac Cruise Control package on EBay for about 2000.00 a year ago. I did score a NOS cruise turn signal lever for a spare.
My son is a real internet sleuth and he scored a NOS cruise control throttle lever (they call it a carb extension) for the Quadrajet. So we’ll be able to connect it again.
