Cannot figure the issue/problem with that video.
Basics:
Check for any loose rockers, and that would point to a worn lobe.
Ask why there is no oil shooting out the PS rockers. Any oil flow to them?!
Perhaps a relash on the suspect rocker/pushrod/lifter?
