I'm in a holding pattern waiting for parts, so I decided to crack open the radio I received from fellow member
Srmmmm (thanks again!) and give it a once over.

Cleaned out all the dust, touched up a few solder joints, repainted the dial indicator and push buttons. Wet sanded and polished the lense while it was apart, and replaced the backlight bulb.

I need to get another set of knobs. These ones look decent, but the chrome foil has chipped off in a few spots. I touched them up with a silver paint pen so they look presentable, but I'll replace them.
