At nearly 74, I am quite fortunate. While I am technically diabetic, it is well-controlled. I have had a pacemaker for the last 10 years but no limitations with it. My joints are still pretty good and because I am religious about lifting weights, my muscle mass is holding up pretty well.....I'm actually stronger this year than last. Still able to do extreme hiking and climbing....hopefully for a few more years. I eat "fairly" clean these days but not fanatical about it.
