He will know in a few weeks when he gets moved. I guess the big issue is Georgia will not issue a title on vehicles after a certain year. Even my 67 LeMans has a replacement title, but they don’t issue those for cars after a certain point now. I assume when you buy a car and tag it with the BOS, the VIN gets checked.
