Pontiac source toploader three speeds for 1969 & prior high power applications;
Those transmissions used the TH350 output shaft - and they had the added benifit of using (iirc) a GM bellhousing side bolt pattern.
The funny non-GM transmssion in a GM application is the Dodge overdriven four speed used in trucks...
