The Lokar throttle cable kit uses a little floating teardrop-shapped bracket mounted through the kickdown stud. The kickdown kit didn't come with one, so I made my own. Seems to work well.

Nice work! I like that little torpedo shaped cable clamp on the kickdown cable. Where did you find that?

What's that z-shaped bracket to the left of the pump rod?
