I have always used 10-30 synthetic. Synthetic tends to leak more the conventional but oil is cheap and I prefer the synthetic. Why do you want to replace all the lights? Do you plan on doing a lot of night driving? The few LEDs that I have bought I just buy whatever is cheapest. Be careful. In some application they don't always work correctly. Directionals won't blink. Dash lights won't dim.
