I think they mean that someone wanting a correct coded block for their car would want it. (not numbers matching but correct engine code)

The YB is specifically for Unitized distributor, so would be more important to someone that originally had a Unitized dist. car?
(luckily for us PHS would show that)

If just wanting a 455 HO block wouldn't matter what code it is. (automatic or stick)
