Ames purchase A-1
Ordered a dozen or so parts yesterday afternoon using online ordering. Got an email right away to alert me that one item on back order. A couple of emails back and forth with Donovan (beyond excellent customer service) were immediately responded to and I decided to pick up back ordered part in the future at an event Ames will attend.
Best part is that the parts ordered yesterday afternoon arrived at my door in less than 24 hours. Wow!
