I know it's a B-body, but Dan's recently acquired '69 Catalina Ventura weighed 4202 lbs. w/o driver with half a tank of gas. It has the 428, dual exhaust, PS, PDB, TH400, HD cooling, the Ventura option (nicer interior and insulation), as major options (no A/C). I would think your GTO would weigh 200 lbs. less than the Cat with your options/modifications.
