Most aftermarket tanks have at least one vent built in, so you really don't need a vented cap.
The Rick's tanks as mentioned have a modern cap and anti-surge baffle in the neck. Anyone that's had a Tanks Inc tank and filled the tank from a gas pump can appreciate the anti-surge feature.
