77 Trans AM Macho T/A in Minnesota with a reserve. I've said this before, but I'll say it again. I was 17 and living in Phoenix when these Macho T/A cars came out. I used to see them driving around Phoenix when they were new, and that was when cruise night was a thing (a really cool thing, on Grand if I remember). You'd see a lot of the wacky 70's groovy paint jobs, an occasionally a funny car would show up. That's where I'd see most of the Macho T/A's in the wild. They were different, because it wasn't just a paint job, as there were engine mods and go faster stuff added. It wasn't much extra HP, but in a time where gutless cars were the norm, this was about as good as it got. I love them, but I would feel odd driving this car now. You go to Sprouts to get a sandwich (or Whole Foods), and you drive up in this, and no one has ever heard of it. If you missed it, it's MACHO. You'd get some looks, and probably not about the car. I think the steering wheel center cap is supposed to be DKM?
