yup - Canadian coin collector checking in.

I have an almost complete collection of every version (errors/die variants not included) of every year Canadian penny.
By that I means ones produced issued since Canada was declared a sovereign nation;
The first issues predated confederation by nine years;
First year 1858 (most reminted a 1859);
Confederation was 1867.

That's a good one;
I love the 1937-1952 King George VI coins, and as a child, finding one was a truly exciting find for me - ironically, the first one I got was also the rarest one (1948).

I actually look out for deals on Canadian currency when perusing state-side "antique" (junk) stores

2009 Cobalt SS: 13.9 @ 103mph (current DD; makes something north of 300hp & 350ft/lbs)
