These 2" HSC are ceramic coated inside & out by a local company that also does powder coating, same silver color inside as out... they were used when I got them but low run time.
They have been on the car for 12 years now and I dont have any signs of rust blowing out on first start up after winter or when I replaced a collector gasket 4-5 years ago. They even had some dyno time that turned some of the silver a greyish color for a couple inches off the flange close to the head... but luckily still no rust or any signs of flaking/peeling. Fingers crossed they hold up a long time.
