Anyone remember when Pete McCarthy ran faster with his small volume 670 heads than he did with the better flowing and bigger volume RAIV heads? Any thoughts if even bigger heads would've degraded his performance more?

My HP heads kept getting larger and hp and rpm kept increasing. CFM never really picked up much. In my case larger was better.
