That's a correct casting number for a '69 RA carb, but it's also correct for a 267 and 268 as well. The casting number will get you in the ballpark, but obviously the machining was done after the casting, and the machining is what makes a RA carb different.
To the best of my knowledge, no Carter parts or bits (airvalves, TBs, throttle plates, etc.) were used on the RA carbs.
