No. To the best of my knowledge, the date is only given by the year and is indicated by the number that appears just below the MI which in your case is 2. Knowing that the honeycombs where only used from ' 71-'76, I believe that means the wheel was made in 1972. Also, in some cases you may be able to see a two letter designation stamped into the poly cast where the center cap mounts and that may also indicate the year which the wheel was made but I haven't been able to find much info on those letter codes, and they don't seem to show up on every wheel. Additionally, if the poly is not in really good shape in that area, you may not be able to make out the code if it is there. On the wheels here, the MI with the number below it does appear in the area between the lug nut holes. Hope this helps.
