Since I bought my 68 GTO in 1976, on high school graduation day, and I still have it, and it's been on an untold number of adventures, mis-adventures, 20+ year "restoration" ...well, I'm almost considering, when MY time comes, parking it out on the north 20 and burning it to the ground. And I will follow it to the great hunting ground shortly after.

Can't bear to think of it ending up abused, or rusting away, or traded around for profit.

I don't think any of my nieces or nephews will be interested.

It's greatest value is locked up in my own memories, and they go when I do. Heck, if I "take it with me" ...maybe I can drive it in the afterlife
