I decided to look this one up in the 1969 Rochester book;
Curiously in the index, this application number isn't listed, but it is shown on the 327-2bbl page shared with the following application numbers;
7029127 (manual trans/standard)
7029129 (manual trans/air cond)
7029102 (automatic trans/standard)
7029104 (automatic trans/air cond)

Quite likely one of few '70 Muncie three speed Formula 400's left.


1991 Grand Am: 14.4 @ 93.7mph (DA corrected) (retired DD, stock appearing)
2009 Cobalt SS: 13.9 @ 103mph (current DD; makes something north of 300hp & 350ft/lbs)
