Here are the 68 interior paint codes. I'm guessing you should be able to look up the 67 paint codes as well.

The problem with these paint codes is they are really old and no longer used by most places that mix paint. I did order some of the low gloss front of dash red from NPD in spray cans. Haven't received it yet as I just ordered it a few days ago.

The low gloss paint above the dash pad is not the same as the front metal dash. You mentioned yours is burgundy. I don't think I'd call mine burgundy, but it is a darker red than the front. Where did you find the paint code for that? I need to repaint that area on mine and need the code.
