It the fan works in 2 of the 4 positions I don't think it is the fan. The resister should not come into play for the high position just the the others, you could jump the power directly to the high position to bypass the resister.

Yeah I found out why my high blast isn't working, cause the hi blower resistor wire that goes to alternator isn't there. Do you know where the red wire plugs into the alternator at so I can make a new 1. Also where is the Ac resistor located at? I'll clean it tomorrow and report back.
