The dog dish was standard.
The Deluxe wheel covers were included with the Custom Option.
Custom wheel covers, wire wheel covers and Rally 2 wheels were options for any '68.
One odd exception that I still don't understand is that Deluxe covers were not part of the custom option if rayon radial white walls were ordered.
