You can buy a bracket kit for your Sanden compressor from Vintage Air for like $125 that will work with factory brackets & accessories. This is the set-up I run in one of my cars and no issues with squeals even with a 150amp alternator. It was a new build (535ci) and used a complete bracket and pulley set-up from a 71 400 that I bought from a member here. I had to experiment a little with belts, but easy to sort out and worth the effort. I had considered a serpentine set-up so I could run a type 2 PS pump, which I thought would work better with rack and pinion steering in the car, but the saginaw type 1 pump seems to work fine.
