For that specific type, just the Firebirds/Formulas/Esprits. For Trans Ams, the chin spoiler that is part of the ground effects serves the same purpose.
There is anecdotal evidence of Trans Ams having both the chin spoiler and that air dam you have pictured, but I personally have never seen one.
