How do you like the Doug's headers? I've got a bad leak on one of my manifold gaskets so i'm planning to buy some new headers but want to be able to justify if the price is worth it over a set of ceramic coated long tubes from summit.
I'm really happy with them. I was running Hooker Super Comps in 1 3\4" but with the new engine my builder was pretty adamant about me using 2". Doug's were closest at 1 7/8" and came in round port which I need for the Edelbrock heads I have now. Both fit great. I would compare metal thickness and fit before buying a set.
It looks like Hooker is now making the ceramic coated super comps without a collector flange. You would have to go with regular competition series if you want bolt together flanges.
