That was going to be my comment: there is some slight variation between model years, and different format car vs truck.

They used to give the line Foreman a new card every year. We would carry them around in our shirt pocket, although don't know why.

It's not like we were going to decode a particularly tricky VIN during our lunch or bathroom break.
