A FWIW.... the Thumpr cams have their roots based on road race track use where the cars benefitted on power coming off the corners.

Cams are like people's personalities, what works for one won't necessarily work for others.
If you do a search here on the Thumper subject you will find a lot of negative opinions and comments, like XE flat tappet cams !
