Monty - great YT channel, watch it all the time.
If you have time, any thoughts on using a late model (say 2500 or 3500 Chevy HD truck) fan blade assembly on a Hayden clutch fan ?
I would guess they'd pull plenty of air.
I saw you measured airflow when you tested the electric fans.
Slicker "test" would be the matching ECM controlled clutch fan.
But, more curious on airflow...........
