I was just looking thru these posts again and I had a thought.
What if the Blue Car DID have a 421 as we’ve see in some of the pics/articles.
The Red car is built and Wangers thinks to himself “what if I just do an engine swap between the Blue and Red cars??
What if the Red car was running the 421 out of the Blue car??
Would you run a new 421 engine in the Red car for the acceleration test without knowing what it could do?
I wouldn’t. I would run the 421 motor thats already been tested from the Blue car.
Then the 389 out of the Red car was put into the Blue car.
