A FWIW....
I have a solid roller from Bullet received quite some time ago, currently now in storage. I looked and it has hints of copper between the lobes.
There where no issues with it but I decided to change cams. The solid roller cam that I replaced it with and installed is also from Bullet. No clue if it is similar though.
