I use a cold case direct fit radiator. It's been good to me over the years. I use a Flex-a-Lite Black Magic 180 electric fan and it cools my 580hp 465 decently. It'll creep a tiny bit if I'm stopped at a lite in 90+ degree heat, but never to the point of overheating.

If you're worried about making sure the system is up to the task, I'd do an LS conversion Cold Case direct fit. That gets you the big tubes in the cold case radiator along with a dual pass design. You'll need to run the water neck to the passenger side though. Then use one of Fast Monty's shrouds with either the 12" ProForm fans or 12" SPAL's.

That combination should keep things cool, with AC, in the summer without issue.
