1 wire comes from the horn relay
1 wire comes from the turn signal flasher
1 wire comes from the brake light switch
1 wire goes to the left front turn signal
1 wire goes to the right front turn signal
1 wire goes to the left rear turn signal/brake light
1 wire goes to the right rear turn signal/brake light
