I missed the clips too and when I brought my trim to the place to have everything reanodized they noticed the clips. They said if they had gone ahead with the clips in place it would have ruined their equipment. Thus the decision to take everything home and polish it all myself. Saved money but definitely didn't save time....I spent about 70 hrs picking and filing and straightening(this doesn't include removing the entire interior to get at all of the trim). Then 80 grit(on the worst parts) all the way to 2500 then polishing after not being able to get the pieces anodized. In the end well worth it.
