I initially wanted to replace the ugly fuel lines- but the aftermarket mechanical linkage prohibited installing factory fuel lines that due to interference.
I liked the nostalgia of the aftermarket linkage- which utilized a replacement longer center carb throttle shaft- so I just lived with the ugly fuel lines.
I’m sure I probably could’ve fabricated something much nicer years ago with very little effort- but that just wasn’t high on my priority list.

Finally decided to change it up a bit- and bought a replacement ’65 center carb throttle body, some factory ’65 fuel lines & factory mechanical linkage.
