Working on cars today, the assumption has to be: these replacement parts are not going to fit without modification. That's a given. Then if it's electronic, no way in the world to know if it will function and if your lucky enough that it works, for how long? Even simple items like rear brake shoes for a Toyota. Worked on one yesterday. The shoe web was missing 2 holes for the self adjuster spring on each side. What the hell are you going to do? Tie up a rack while you spend all day looking for more defective parts......or drill new holes in the Chinese brake shoes. I think you know the answer. It's not going to get any better.
