A touch up will be visible, so there's not many options. I'd build it up with 2k primer, wetsand it level, then try to blend/base it and clear the panel, using the molding as your hard line. For a lasting repair, you would have to clear the whole quarter. I'm assuming it's a base/clear job, hard to tell from the picture on my crappy screen. If it's single stage, the repair will be a lot easier as you will only have to blend the area around the repair and there's no clearcoat involved. I'm not a professional bodyman, so someone smarter than me may have another option. I do my own body and paint, and have worked part time at a friend's body shop. I was taught by some really gifted people, I'm not as fast as a pro and my knowledge is dated at this point, but I can do work that looks good and lasts.
