Remove the gasket and then the tubes from the float bowl. They are tubes for POE and have fallen out.
Kinda hard to tell exactly which tubes they are til you get them out, and post a pic of the underside of the airhorn.
They belong in the airhorn and should be pressed in with a slight interference fit.
A carb number would be helpful too.
