Switch back to a Q-jet and then you only need to remove one little 6/32 screw to swap out the secondary metering rods or move them into a different set of holes you can drill in the rod hanger, or even just shim the hanger up or down and keep using the same set of metering rods.
On a track that’s hooking up like crap you can also slow down the opening rate of the secondary’s.
To keep the Holley you might be able to do this .
Cut off the nipple for the pcv and drill & tap it for a pipe plug.
Then mod the intake so you can drill & tap a new vacuum hole you add a screw in nipple to for you pcv line.
