I too am having my 1968 GTO numbers matching engine rebuilt, the builder is in PA.
I am having a roller cam [ valve train ] installed with the original intake, carb, and distributor, crank shaft and #16 heads.

The only other change is RAM AIR Restorations exhaust manifolds.
