On my Buick 455, stock'ish Center Force would slip in higher gears at WOT. The McLeod pressure plate at 20,000 miles seized up while I was driving to Drag Week causing me to miss Drag Week (and almost rear end a car in front of me when the clutch wouldn't disengage). Put a Zoom in and it has good feel and no apparent slip at WOT, so my preference Its got one Drag Week on it and 12 years. I spin it to 6,200rpm.

Put the other scatter shield on without the block plate. I've clearanced this one already for some reason (I think to clear a gear reduction nose cone...,) and still wouldn't be enough for a mini starter.
