IGL Coatings Tar & Bug remover. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend any other Bug & Tar product on the market (almost all contain harsh things like naphtha, kero, xylene, and petroleum distillates). It’s also one of the few that doesn’t market itself as a “safe” citrus based product (containing D-Limonene, a citrus based solvent paint stripper in higher concentrations).

I usually turn to a product called Formula G510 by Gaylord. It’s a colloidal based cleaner that makes grease repel itself and any other surface, as opposed to smearing the grease many times over until it appears to be gone (but never truly is). It still needs to be diluted to the desired ratio, but is generally safe because the contact time needed to clean is a fraction compared to others. Although I don’t know how easy it is to find locally or what the price is up to now. I picked up a gallon or two years ago.

Edit- I like skunkwerks WD40 idea too. Petroleum distillates, but it’s on/off so quick it’s kind of a non-issue.
