A more accurate explanation on 65-66 shifter handles.

1965 shifter handles had three styles.
1) First design - Very early (like ‘64 style) with bend and without the Hurst name.
2) Second design - Bent handle with the Hurst name.
3) Third design - Almost straight handle with Hurst name.

1966 shifter handles.
All were the straight version.

All the above were available with or without console.
